ERC Scientific Chairman announced
The Scientific Council of the future European Research Council (ERC) has elected Greek malaria expert Professor Fotis Kafatos as its chairman. The 22 member council also elected two vice-chairs: Professor Helga Nowotny and Dr Daniel Estève.
