Statement on Joint Programming

In November 2008 EUROHORCs issued a statement on Joint Programming.
This statement emphasises that, in the view of EUROHORCs, Joint Programming should have two aims: combining and strengthening existing national efforts and filling existing gaps by creating new funding schemes.
